Getting Started The MAPSA Way!
The 3 in 1 Initial Assessment MAPSA recognises that moving to a new country is a big decision. It is more than just a visa application to get temporary or permanent residence. MAPSA has therefore designed the 3 in 1 assessment designed to give you the full picture of relocating. And it’s an easy process to follow that will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.
You can fill in all three parts or skip whichever one you feel is not applicable.
FIRSTLY: We need to clearly assess whether you and/or your partner actually qualifies and satisfies the legislative criteria pertaining to a particular visa. There are 12 questions, a few also with secondary questions, that you need to fill in.
SECONDLY: The assessment is designed to get a better understanding of what your specific needs are. These are lifestyle questions intended for us to get an idea of why you are making the move to Australia, and what's important for you in your move. We also give you the opportunity to ask a few specific lifestyle questions. We are more than happy to take on property specific questions too. Through your answers we may be able to help you with suggestions on which State in Australia may best be suited in terms of your requirements.
THIRDLY: The assessment gives you the opportunity to ascertain your eligibility for a financial loan for the purchase of property. This is only an assessment and is based on the information you provide at the time of submission. It is not an application for a loan and does not guarantee that you will or will not qualify for a loan as this will depend on your individual circumstances at the actual time when you decide to make an application.
